The Underground Fort is the final stage of Monster World IV. It serves as a gauntlet of foes you have faced up to this point. However, some bosses are excluded.
At the very end of this dungeon lies Fear Incarnate (Bio Mecha), who is wholly responsible for all of the evil that has risen in Monster World.
