The Sky Dwellers are characters from Monster World IV and Wonder Boy: Asha in Monster World. As their name implies, they are people who choose to live in the sky and are seen deep within the Sky Castle. When they encounter Asha at first, they have been shrunk down to size and she must shrink herself via the Magic Gate in order to understand them as they're so small she can't hear their speech.
