Salamander Cross

The Salamander Cross (サラマンダークロス) is an important item in Wonder Boy III: The Dragon's Trap.

It is obtained by Book in the end of the game after he defeats the Vampire Dragon. It has the power to remove Book's curse, making him return to his human form.

The Salamander Cross also appeared as one of the three relics from the past in Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom. Jin can find it in the sky.
