The Flame Wizard (炎の魔人 honno no majin) is the second boss from Monster World IV, one of the four wizards working for Biomeka. He can be seen selling yellow Pepelogoos for the townspeople in Rapadagna City. When Asha goes to Handera Volcano to save the Earth Spirit, he tries to stop her, but is defeated.
