Demon is a boss from Wonder Boy in Monster Land. It appears in the eighth round (9 in the Master System version) of the game.
Description[]
The Demon attacks with a circle of six spinning fireballs that incrases and decreases in size. If Book damages him, he must get away for a while. After Book defeats him, he obtains the Sword of Legend.
Other versions[]
- In Bikkuriman World, the Demon was replaced by Nero Mashin (ネロ魔身). Besides his optional boss battle, he also replaced Hob Goblin, becoming a mandatory boss.
- In Turma da Mônica no Castelo do Dragão, the Demon was renamed Super Demian.
- In Super Adventure Island, the Demon was replaced by Fire Spirit (火の精霊). Like Bikkuriman World, Hob Goblin was replaced by him.
Demondran[]
The Demondran (デモンドラン) is a boss from Wonder Boy III: Monster Lair that has a similar appearance and moveset. He only appears in the arcade version's twelfth stage.
