Book starts bare-footed, but he can purchase boots in shops, each improving his speed and jump height.

Besides the four equipments, Book may also find Wing Boots, an item that temporarily allow him to glide. Wing Boots can also be purchased on the shops that sell boots after buying the Ceramic Boots or Legendary Boots.
